Dang, dude, you musta wore out 2 drill bits with all those holes. But it looks cool, anyway, didja take off the rubber nozzle thingy on the air inlet and replace it with a piece of screen? That may help.

Nope just one bit and it is still good lol Yep i took out the foam and just have the plastic screen in it just to keep rocks out. I think i'm going to go with a old hot rod theme and do flat black and red so i will repaint my clutch bell when i do it is gold right now.

If your CVT is only getting "very warm" then you're doing a better job of cooling than most! In a normal operating environment, it's still going to be too hot to the touch.
The steps you are taking will help increase airflow to keep the overall temperatures down, and if you get it to a point where you can stop and safely touch it without hurting/burning yourself, you'll have plenty of cooling going on and nothing to worry about.
As for the vibration, check your roller weights for flat spots and replace them if necessary. It's common to experience vibration when they have flat spots on them.

I don't think i want to go to that extreme with the cooling but yes i can touch it without burning myself. As for my rollers i just replaced them. Thinking about it could be the belt as when i have the cover off and rev it up. The bottem of the belt does vibrate i'm not to worried about it as the scoot does run really well. I was on a small downgrade and did hit a indicated 80 mph. I thought that i was just seeing things so i got to another one and guess what it did it again. but as far as on the flat about a true 60 is all it will do but that is at about 7200 i beleive

Did you ever see how much these belts vibrate when they operate? Your belt is probably OK, Rich
