Changed the carb angle making it level and I still get the surging. plug readings are on the rich side. main, pilot, exhaust stock on this 150 motor. pulled the fuel lines off to see the flow while i crank the motor and its good even if i have loops on the fuel lines and i even ran gravity fuel lines direct to the carb and its still surging. by the way its not a generator its a wake winch project im working on

Hi Guys thanks for your info. The intake is a aftermarket aluminum manifold for gy6 I just replaced it with the stock rubber intake. I had this type of reverse angle on my ruckus gy6 swap in the past just to clear the frame as well as other ruckus owners and have no problems with the tilt angle affecting the bog...tried to run the fuel line gravity feed directly to the carb and no change on the surge..valves intake and exh adjusted new vaccum hoses seald tight as well as the intake.rejetted the stock CV carbmains from 120 and then back to 105 no change.i tried a two 24mm slide carb just to see if it will help but it still bogs. any info will be much appreciated

Hi Everyone Been having issues with my gy6 150 motor not running right, the motor has a new top end and stator, cdi, plug, coil, intake manifold.I cant seem to diagnose this problem with the motor surging,i checked the timing and everything lines up TDC on the stator and cam lined up on the head.i swaped out the stock CV carb with to round slide carbs of a running 150 and I still get the same problem.carbs all cleaned out and all air and fuel passages and float level good .tried swapping the main jets from 105 -120 adjusted the fuel mixture and still the same problems I even swapped out the motor and same problem with the motor surging..tried the vacuum petcock still same as well as direct flow to the carb and nothing changes...any info will be much appreciated..how can I post the video here??
