So I've got him down to $2,000. Still debating on it. Thanks.

Well I put a new spark plug. Adjusted the fuel mixture screw. Sprayed in some Liquid Fire. She turned right over. Thanks everyone for help. Thanks.

Ok so I have the valves and spark gapped correctly now. I'm wondering if admin is correct and it's starving for fuel now. Because when the spark was gapped huge, the engine was flooding. So I screwed the mixture screw all the way in. Then back 2.5 turns (I read that on here somewheres). The engine was running then, but the spark gap was huge. Now the spark gap is correct. So I'm thinking now I have to adjust the fuel mixture screw, again. Does this sound correct? Thanks.

Yes Alleyoop I re-gapped the spark plug. I'll look into the fuel issues. My manual days the valve gap should be 0.08 ~ 0.12mm. Does that sound right? Thanks.

Ok. So I just double checked everything. I was TDC. I set both valves to 0.05mm. Still no start. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yes. One of the manuals I'm looking at says use a 0.08 ~ 0.12mm for gap. As well the gap I'd been using for the spark was 1.52mm. But it was running.

So I had only one thing left on my todo list, that was checking the valves. After what I took as TDC, I adjusted the valves to .004. Now she won't start. I have a spark. I tried liquid fire. It sputtered for a second. Then nothing. Also what's the proper gap for a 150cc? My engine is BZ157QMJ. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

After watching that. It seems a different cdi won't make any difference. Thanks.

This is the one I bought. It mounts under the mirror bracket. It's sturdy. Thanks. Mike www.ebay.com/itm/201017846186 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just wondering g if there is a difference in the CDI's? I've seen blue ones, and orange ones on eBay. Do they do the same functions? Thanks.

Anyone have a fuel filter recommendation? Or are they all pretty much the same? Thanks.

So I posted earlier that I cleaned my carb. Then put it all back together, and she wouldn't start or run. The carb kept constantly flooding. Well she's running now. I cleaned the carb again this morning. Then I pulled the spark plug. I found an older spark plug I had. I put it in. Now she's running. Thanks everyone for all your help.
