OK lost a but on exhaust head . added a new o seal tightened everything up .put on a Lil longer but still free flowing muffler no pops nice papapapa on deacell. Not spark white has a light light coffee tan color OK so you all think if I got a speedo with tach it would work or Any suggestions for just picking up a tach separate ?

I feel i need a whole thread for my issues , new to scooters but loving the mod bug ! i have a qmj 150 hunter style . I have a uni air cleaner and a shorty free flow exhaust . I drill my main jet @ 122 fromn a standard 114 . here is my spark plug ? it pops on de-accel but Im sure thats typical with no back pressure . but here is pics of my spark plug after @ 50 miles at this setting im also looking to upgrade my cvt . Is there a standard size , weight spring ratio that works best ? also I have no tach. wouldnt mind adding one . would it be as easy and getting a hunter style speedo with tach ? instead of a huge gas level indicator ? want to upgrade clutch springs , variator sliders rollers(UNSURE OF DIFFERENCE) and main clutch spring . im stuck with to much information some say this and other say that . Ill just stick with u know it alls : 0)

I'm using actually a modified stock air filter . I plugged up the stock top hole then strap down in the air box . using same snorkel . my main thing would be I can cut down the air by adding another sleeve . so go for 118 and if it runs lean then add another sleeve to reduce air and enrich it . sry guys a girl here trying to be a mechanic lol

took my carb off to do a jet change as I am going to put a uni air filter and a free flowing exhaust and seen where it states usually go up 2 sizes per mod . I took carb apart and now I'm really confused . the carb is a Deni pd24j and I took the pilot screw out to clean it and it looks fine . went to take out main jet(think its main jet only other screw there) it says 114 of it . however all the replacement jets are tiny in size and mine is larger then the pilot screw . do somwcarbs have different size (length) of jets ? Any suggestions on what to do or what size to start with .Stock the bike ran a little lean .

I'm new here. Became a member to try to figure out what I should do. I place a order for parts I need and then started reviewing the company and noticed a lot of bad reviews but nothing recent . should I still be worried?
