So after back and forth conversations with the shop. I've decided to walk away. I'll get 100% of my money back. And I guess wait until next year. It was a good thing my 150cc didn't sell. Thanks for all the support and help. Thanks.

Sucks to have to wait, but there will always be another nice one come by. That one must have been assembled late on a Casual Friday afternoon. Kind of wonder if they would put a "born on" date, like with some beers, if they would find that no-one would buy the Friday batch.
