Hello, when I move the scooter without braking feel an annoying whistle - squeak coming from the disc brakes, is this normal?
The scooter has 700 km

Disc brakes unfortunately squeek. Go to an auto parts store and get something like this:

Pull out the pads from the bike,,, put them face down so the metal backing plate is up and showing and spray 2 coats reinstall when dry,,, check the pad material if they are metallic pads they just squeal that's why I don't run them,,, they are just too noisy

My Jonway do that also. I added grease between brake pad and brake caliper and whistle is gone.

A while back maybe 10 15 years ago they used to give you a little tiny tube of blue stuff to apply to the back of car brakes to keep them from squeaking but I haven't seen it recently. With all the rock dust on my roads I would just as soon have non metallic brakes, the rotors last a lot longer but the brakes don't
