on the thread i would go with metal 90 degree valves that way the problem of failing parts is put to bed,,,,,permanently

and on the compressor thing,,,the charger/compressor combo unit is nice because you can use it on the jetski and the scooter for jumps and air but you will not be able to remount a tire on a rim with it,,,,it has no tank,,,go to home depot or lowes and get a dewalt dual tank compressor,,,it will serve you for a lifetime and it will do the job better than the other,,,,altho the charger /comp is handy

Thanks. I'm going to try it out with the one I bought. The tank ones seem to be hundreds. They don't ship to your house for a rental. A cab to get a tank compressor rental would be about $40 each way lol. (It won't fit on the bicycle and the scoot is the reason I need it ) LOL.

Re-read reply #46. Try the ratcheting cargo strap trick. It should work with your pump.

Hey guys I'm still alive and wasn't trying to go MIA again but I've been working out of town and prob won't be done/back until late Dec / early Jan. I'll post again if I have issues when I'm back and working on the scooter again. Happy Holidays!
