You may be able to get a piece of thick wire and make a hook and see if you can pull on the cable enough to open it. Alleyoop

The owners manual does not explain anything in detail Actually we know more than what is in the manual to tell you the truth. As a mattar of fact the owners manual does not mention anything about the TRIKE section. What you get is a manual for the TWO WHEEL scooter the TRIKE was made from but nothing about the trike section at all the manual is just your basic stuff what each button does horn, lights, turnsignal start button etc.. Sorry but none for the trikes, but the trikes were just made up from a two wheel scooter. So a 150cc Gy6 chinese service manual will do which you can find on the forum and or just open a thread with your question. Under the skins they are all pretty much sameo sameo. You will not find ANYTHING on the trike part though that is only known by the owners of trikes that got down and dirty and tore them down to fix something on them and or adjust them. I have torn my whole rear end out and know how it ticks and know ever part and how it all works. Alleyoop

Mornin Boys, I got the seat off and the screws out to where the side is loose but not sure how to disengage the side panel from the rear panel. How would I get them apart with out breaking and more clips?? The only part that is holding it together is at the seam.

Never mind, I got it. Just used a flat screw driver and was careful. I can see I'm not the first one to get this far on it tho.

Good grief boys, this is a night mare. I'm trying to adjust the carb and I've been taking parts off for 1/2 hour now. I got screws hiding under bolts that are under screws that have to be removed. I haven't even gotten to the turn signal reservoir yet to check the turn signal fluid.

OH good grief!!!!! There's a hatch under the seat that lets me get to the carb. Ok, now I can put everything back together, then adjust the carb. I never read anything about the hatch.

The seat bucket should come out to get into the engine bay. Don't try to work through the little door, you'll drive yourself crazy. Often, the rear lights have to come off to reveal more panel screws. There's usually some up underneath the side panel also. They come apart, just not very easily.
