Well Boys, thanks for the info. But for $30 I might as well get a new one. As long as it's the right one, I think I will be better off. I know it's not a 2 or 4 barrel, but in my 67 years I have never had a rebuilt carb, no matter if I did it myself or had a shop do it, that didn't have a flat spot in it some where. Some times it's better to go new.

Yep, a lot of folks if they are having problems with the carb since they are so cheap they just get a new one and then maybe tear the old one apart to learn the ins and outs of them. Then after that they usually will dive in with both hands if it acts up since now they have seen how simple they are and only a couple of things can be worn on them and causing problems. Also they have rebuild kits for those carbs but looking at the cost of a rebuild kit verses a new carb for a couple bucks more just get a new carb(HAHA). Alleyoop

I buy from this guy too, www.ebay.com/usr/lalexander711?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2754 I buy variators from him because they come in a set, the only difference sometimes is that the roller weights are a different color and the holes for the variator tool on the fan are bigger or smaller sometimes.

Well Boys, I just got notified that my carb was delivered to my town post office at 8am this mornin and they said it would be delivered today. I don't think so, the postman leaves at 8, so tomorrow for sure. Thanks for the info on where to get it from. I guess I'll go out and start takin the trike apart. We have rain a-comin and it's COLD out there. Winter just started and already I miss summer. Oh well, as they say out west, "Get tough or Die". I'm not as tough as I used to be when I was younger, I sobered up.

Boys, I am having a problem. I couldn't get the 2 screws loose to un do the throttle cable, so I un did the adjustment. So that is loose. But I'll be darn if I can turn or twist to get the carb out. I undid both rubber sides that is holding it and even undid the 2 screws that hold it to the motor. I got most of the panels off again. Do I need to drop the motor?? I don't want to break anything and have to wait for more parts. Is there something else I need to remove from the carb?

It looks like if I take the Enricher off I might be able to slide the carb through the frame enough it get it loose and out. My camera won't be here till tomorrow so this can't be show and tell, so bear with me iffin you can. The Enricher is held on at 2 places. It's where it screws onto the part that is screw on to the carb. I do believe I can undo either one. Which would be the safest one to unscrew?? Any springs or lil parts that I should know about???

No just that it is stuck on the rubber part of the INTAKE MANIFOLD, so spray some wd-40 or better yet soapy water and rotate back and forth and pull out. Now the screws that hold the throttle cable onto the bracket on the carb you probably are trying to loosen them the wrong way.
Looking down from the top access hole the TOP NUT unscrews toward you the CVT side. The Bottom nut unscrews away from you toward the muffler side. You want to hold both of them and you only need to UNSCREW the BOTTOM NUT completely of the throttle cable. Then rotate the control wheel by hand and slip the lead end off of it and then just pull the whole cable from the bracket.
The ENRICHER you just unplug it you can take the carb off from the access panel no need to take anything else off. Alleyoop

Alleyoop, The throttle cable is already off, just not the bracket that holds it,, no biggie there I don't think. The rubber on both sides the carb are loose, I can twist the carb both ways. It just won't come out of the rubber boots. No room. I even have the manifold lose but can't get it past the top of the bolts that hold it on.
