After a long chat with Rich about parts sourcing for our scoots,,,(His a Sym 300i city,,,mine a Genuine Stella),,,we realized it's a good thing the bikes we have don't need parts too often because it's a drag to get them,,,(one of the trepidations i had about buying a genuine,,,parts availability is a bummer at best), ,my front brake lite switch started to get intermittant,,,so i hit it with some contact cleaner and she's all better for the moment,,,but i saw the writing on the wall so i went to ebay to get a couple ,,,,,NOTHIN,,zip, zero, nada,,,so i searched the net,,,,GOOSE EGG CITY,,,,oh boy happy day,,,,,so i went google images because i know what it looks like and also the px series vespa one that also works,,,,BINGO I WIN THE PRIZE!!!!!!,, ,,so when i search now for the oddball part,,,google images,,,are you listening RICHARD???!!!,,,,Oh by the way fellow LML or VESPA or Stella owners BEEDSPEED'S got you covered,,,with REASONABLE shipping,,,i did find the part i needed elsewhere,,and at a nice price,,but the shipping was the killer,,,over 3 tmes the part cost,,,

I understand what you had to do. Yes parts with shipping can get expensive but the parts last longer than on a Chinese made scoot! My Stella 2T is pretty much a licensed copy of the original Vespa PX150-PX200 series. The parts interchangeability was one of the key reasons why I built my scoots current 200cc motor ( Vespa manufactured TX-200 crankcase ) . I was able to keep my Stella's px electronic ignition system with the Vespa crankcase. fun fun fun ! willc.
