Thank you Jim, I just put the new axle in. The wobble is much better but still there.
What else is causing a wobble? If I throttle up to about 25 mph and let go of the handles, they go crazy back and forth. Do I have an alignment problem? What should I do next?
Anything would help,
Thank you all.

See that there is no play in the steering head bearings. And that the tire is balanced.
also that the rear axle is in alignment.

Could be an alignment issue or the steering stem could be loose in the frame this would cause a head shake issue

About the center of the trike underneath you will see a crossbar welded to the left and right of the frame. Use that to measure and align your rear axle, 1/8 off is ok 1/4+ is not that will cause wobbling when rolling. Another thing to look for is that the REAR SWINGARM is not loose on each side of the frame. It bolts to each side of the frame find where the swingarm bolts and make sure the bolts have not come loose. Another thing is lift up the rear axle and check each wheel for play, grab the tire and try to rock it there should not be any play., Grab the Castle Nut and see if you can move it, If you can then your axle has moved out a little. What you are experiencing is tank slap. Due to the geometry of a trike, anything amiss in the rear will transfer to the handle bars. Make sure you have the rear tires spun balanced. Also remember you are on 3 wheels, not 2 or 4, and it does not handle the same, it is not a good idea to remove your hands from the bars.
