I just ordered this trike for my fiancee from mega motor madness. It has been a nightmare from day one. I realize that it is a good idea to check all the factory hardware, but holy crap, I feel like someone wants me dead. After weeks of tweeking and getting rid of all the annoying vibrations , I realized the front wheel axle bolt is warped and causing quite a wobble. This, and the torn seat were my major complaints to the seller. I am still being ignored by mega motor madness (they say there in a middle of a move). I'm fed up trying to use my warranty...I'll fix it myself, right? No, not in this country! Someone please help! Where do I find the parts for this monster trike? The bolt needs to be 280mm long! No one I have contacted has it in stock, and machine shops refuse to make one. Also, where do I get a replacement windshield? Hell.....maybe. It is an icebear so I tried them....No answer or call back. Help..help...help. My fiancee doesn't deserve this, and I don't deserve her blaming me for not finding the parts! I will fly to China if that's the only way!

Could you tell us the model of your trike? At least the engine size. Hard to help find parts if we don't know what we are looking for.

Yes tell us what model trike it is, from the title I would say PST150H which would be a 2009 model and if so it is just like my trike. Which is a 2009 PST150H Ice Bear trike.
Other thing is this a NEW trike or a used Trike, also what bolts are you looking for, CVT BOLTS, Rear Axle Swingarm bolts etc..
Now I will tell you for BODY PARTS and or anything to do with the rear axle and or a new motor those have to be gotten from ICE BEAR. But pretty much all the other parts Electrical can be gotten from different sellers even ebay.
So tell us what you need and or what your looking for but need to know the year and model of the trike. A picture would help a lot.
Body parts and or parts that are specific to the trike you would need to get them from ICE Bear, and the Ice Bear Dealer is Jim From RAPIDREPAIR his banner is on the scrolling dealers at the top of the forum page. You can call him, or PM him.

Sorry folks, I dont do that well with a crappy cell phone. The model is PST150-19. It is brand new (2014) 150cc. www.megamotormadness.com/product/tri015-150cc-trikeThe bolt is the one that holds the front wheel within the forks. Most 150cc scoots take the 250mm long but this trike needs one that is 280mm x 1.25 x 12mm. Cant find anywhere!

I will fly to China if that's the only way! Ice Bear did move to a larger warehouse and it has taken longer than expected. We all know what packing and moving is all about, "%^^& where did all this stuff come from LOL" However, except for 2 days, I have been able to talk to the parts dept either by phone or email and have been able to get parts if they knew what box they were in. At the least, I have been able to get an answer and it may take a bit longer to get the part out. Another note, Ice Bear is wholesale only and does not have a retail license so they can not talk to the end consumer, you must go thru a dealer. Sad to say but some dealers just do not give a damn after they get your money. Did you notify MegaMotorMadness that the seat was ripped upon delivery? If so, that should have been covered under the shipping damage of Ice Bears warranty. See the 48 hour rule www.icebearatv.com/warranty. If you did not contact MMM I hate to say you may be out of luck on the seat. MMM should have told you the procedures for inspecting the freight before you signed for delivery. I preach this to all my customers and Ice Bear is really good about shipping damage claims. The axle is a different story. There is no way you could have known it was bent until after assembly and test ride. However, it should still be covered under warranty. If you are still not getting anywhere with MMM, give me a call and I will see if I can get you an axle. Ice Bear's policy on warranty is that you must go thru the dealer you bought the machine from for warranty parts, the only way I can help you is if you pay for the axle.

Oh dear god, thank you thank you thank you. I'm ordering it right away! Only other thing, There is a clanking sound coming from underneath when on bumpy roads. I read the posts on chain guards but our trike has no chain guard. Is there any other obvious thing that it could be? I have tightened and checked everything I could get to.

OMG! The shaft is 280mm (not the overall length) AAAAHHHHHHHH.
I just got the one that alleyoop found. About 1/2 inch to short! How can this be? If anyone out there can find me the right axle I will mail them the last 4 axles I ordered as a reward.

So you are saying the 280mm is 1/2 or so to short, then you are measuring wrong. If half inch short then you need the 290mm shaft. So please measure the old shaft again Measure OVERALL LENGTH FROM TIP TO TIP. Is this your TRIKE? www.megamotormadness.com/product/tri015-150cc-trike

Yes, that's it. It has two metal counterfeit tail pipes in the rear that caused a lot of clanking. I had to get some hardware to really secure them, still there is some other minor ping that I hear when on bumpy roads. Like I said, there is no chain guard though.
The measurement of the axle was given to me by a lady at Florida Nut and Bolt. I asked her to measure it for me. That was what she said, and yes I now realize.

Well if you have it off measure it yourself from tip to tip just using a regular ruler in inchs from that I may be able to find the right length in MMs.
If not you will have to order it from ICE BEAR directly. And Jim from RapidRepair is an authorizied Ice Bear Dealer. If he can't get it for you no one can. Alleyoop

If you are measuring overall length it will be wrong (short). Measure from the bottom of the head to the threaded end. The length of the head is usually unimportant.
