Good morning, I watched the video and tested the stator as the video shows. All 3 checks failed, one was -(negative) 8, one was negative.06 and the last one was negative 10. What's the next course of action?

I removed the stator, but I got a lot of oil out from behind the cover. I want to send you a picture but I don't know how to upload it.

It looks similar but it doesn't have the black box with 2 wires attached to it. Also is the stator supposed to be in oil?

That black thing is you PICKUP COIL and they sell those as well Some stators they add a new pickup coil with them some don't. And yes the stator is in oil so always drain the oil before taking the cover off. Alleyoop

What is your opinion, should I replace the pickup coil? If not how do I remove the wires from the gromet and insert the new wires in it?

I would see if you can find a stator and the pick up coil first. But if not just get a razor and make a slit in the gromet so you can slip the old wires out and the new stator wires in.
