If its the chrome piece that goes to the VALVE COVER that is all part of the one in the link I put up all the chrome tubing is there. If your talking about the BLACK HOSE and or hoses those You can get at an auto parts store just get the right size is all. Alleyoop

Ok, so I received the new stator and pick up coil. I don't remember how it came apart, do you have any pictures of what it is supposed to look like? I can take a picture and send it tmrw. Also what oil does it use?

Ok, I finished putting it back together. After the cover was installed near the forward area of the cover there was a stiff black wire, I guess I wasn't paying attention when I removed the cover. I assume that this wire gets attached to the cover, from the way it was hanging. I'd like your thoughts on that. Also what is the recommended oil to use and where do I fill it up? Thanks for all of your help so far.

The stiff black wire is probably a GROUND for the battery or the motor. So trace the wire back to what its connected to. As far as the oil goes any 10w40 weight oil. On the cover here is where you fill and drain the oild.

Hi, I started the scooter and checked the A/C voltage with the multimeter while it was running and I got 13.68 vac and when I reved it up to approximately 4000 rpm's it didn't change, still 13.68. Is this normal?

NO that is not normal, it should rise 50+VAC on all THREE YELLOW WIRES. Check any grounds maybe a bad ground otherwise you got a bad STATOR. Alleyoop

I om checked the stator and when I checked pin to pin the meter read 103 or better then dropped to Zero in all 3 checks. Then I checked for ground and it turned out to be grounded. I removed the black stiff wire from the cover and I still have a ground. I hope the pictures came through....

I already have that video, that's why I posted my last question. I told you the results. Are they normal? And why is the stator grounding out?

Well if you saw the video and how to test it and your tests did not even come close then you know something is not right. Why the stator is grounding out maybe a winding is touching the center ring. COMPARE YOUR OLD STATOR TO THE NEW ONE and see if the wiring are the same is there a green ground wire on the old stator. But the motor has to be grounded otherwise the spark plug will not fire.
