That is hilarious! I wonder if they are afraid that it is a nest belonging to a much larger species?!

I do think that is what it is. They Definitely don't like it. I also have one by the front door, and in the carport.

Here's nother one to keep fly's from coming into the habitat, put pennies in a clear plastic bags filled with water. It screws with the fly's eyes.

Either, I'm very easy to fool and you sense it (LOL) or, bugs are! Those are pretty cool tricks!

They work. Now,, Anyone know a trick to get rid of moles?? I've got the gopher's down. When I lived out west we had them, but these darn moles!! I am trying moth balls now. I'm getting mixed results. Any ideas?? I don't want to kill everything under ground, I need the worms.

Get a couple barn cats!!!!
For real though, those electronic ultrasonic emitters work for mole mice rats and the like. I believe it messes with their ears. My dogs and the cat don't seem to mind it too bad. The older male chiuaua will stare at it at every now and the bark and pounce at it.
We had a bad problem with those tiny a$$ moles and ground hogs. That thing was given to me by a family member that said it didn't work. So, I had to plug it in and see for myself. If it's in the crawl space, it works the best. It started in a shed that holds corn, and after that was mouse free I figured it would work for the other things.
No brand on it, and I would really rather not crawl under the house to take a pic, but it's white, has a speaker grill looking thing on the front and a bug in a circle with a line through it like a no smoking sign.

Mornin 2stroked, They haven't got to the barn or under the habitat yet, but they're trying. I'm still fighting them out in the yards. The habitat

The brown bag looks like a Mud Dabbers nest. I have seen the water filled bags work on flies but have never seen coins in them. I will have to give that a try this summer. I have a lot of flies on my apartments windows. As far as the moles they are attracted to the worms in the soil. You must eliminate the worms.

Most of those pest machines mimic the sound of predatory snakes,,,, they "click" and the rodents especially are tuned into that sound
