Hello 2wheelers geeks and pundits! If somebody still could evaluate and helps to sort out the issue. Thus I've plugged the power cord which came in with only 2 possible wires as well (green -) and (brown/red +) down my scooter's electric circuit so far it has provided with the female adequate receptacle. Once the engine had been started the LED blinked up with '00-00' time display and faded away in seconds without any further response and remained idle ever since no matter of my tries to fire it up with 'On' or any other button.
Definitely the battery is okay, now my question is what to blame in for this failure? Of course would gladly provide with more details and stuff on demand.
Respectfully yours,

Are you certain you are hooked up to 12V DC? The radio should be hooked to 12V switched power from the key switch and should turn on when the key is on, not when the engine starts. I'm afraid you may have hooked it to the AC output of the stator, and the much higher AC voltage has fried the radio...
Get a meter and test the wire you hooked it to. Let us know what voltage you get for all three conditions, key off, key on and engine started. Test for both AC and DC voltage.

Thank you for response! Will work on it to get myself one voltmeter, then will keep you posted about the results. Its unlikely I've fried my radio unit away because it continues on blinking each time when I start the engine, it only blinks with zeroes '00-00' for a very concise time then constantly fades away. The situation repeats. IMHO if it was cooked down it wouldn't give any response again. Sorry if I didn't explain it clear from the scratch.
Respectfully,

No problem. It's still very likely to be hooked up to the wrong wires... If you live anywhere near a Harbor Freight location, one of these is only $6. It'll do the job.

Hello there, So far I've found out now that my electric circuit is operating at 12V as well lights, ignition whatnot, what I am gonna do is to switch it to the alarm wires which is working great now. Will keep posted! A btw amazon radio vendor has issued a refund due to the inconvenience what's was very nice of them. Have a beautiful day,
