I agree with Fiam and here I can get them at auto supply stores and farming stores. They even have a small air horn if you wish.

One more thing I need to pick up, I just bought a nissan versa and the horn on it came out of a moped for sure. The chinese 150 I had still has a small air horn in it, and I need to get rid of it soon.

Anyone know where the horn is on a Helix? I'm hoping I don't have to skin this thing to install a horn, but I can't see it through the service access.

See if KZ chimes in, he rides a clone helix.
You will more than likely have to use a horn relay. I did on the 150 and will have to on the nissan. A horn circuit designed for one of them toy horns won't last with a high output high current horn.

That looks good! Wish I had known about that one. I got the Fiam, it's pretty loud. I had to locate it in my dash for now, so it gets a bit muffled. I'd like to move it to the grill someday.

For the only motorcycle endorsement test I have ever had to take, the state had just enacted a riding skills test. They required a horn. I was riding a 250cc Greeves factory trials bike. I went over to the dime store and bought a rubber squeeky meant for a little kids trike. Big fat state cop, made a comment about the toy horn and I asked him to step back how ever many feet the law said and see if he could hear it! He took my word on it and did not question it and all the steel wool I had stuffed into the expansion chamber. I doubt if he had ever rode a bicycle much less a motorcycle. That was in the late 60's/
