Ok Guys and Gals. This part is new Territory to me so going to need alot of help. Is there anyway to TAKE A and B off of C without taking A and B apart? Here is the picture.

I'm not a 250 expert but you should be able to remove the valve cover, cam and rocker assembly, then the head boldly and then A will come off and then B.

There are no extra fasteners or hardware between the cylinder and head so they should be able to come out as one unit if desired.

Are there any manuals or Videos on taking one of there flippin motors apart? Sucks to have to dismantle something I have no clue of what I am doing. On top of it only being 6 months old I wish I had never bought the Piece of crap. well real Nice I got the side of the motor off with the Stator. Looky here nice load of metal Shavings.

I can not seem to get the Head and Valve assembly off. Can someone enlighten me on how it is done so will resist the urge to get my 8lbs maul out and beat the living crap out of this POS motor.

I usually tap on the head with a rubber hammer to break the seal loose.

Hey Todd before you take the head off (your A & B) make sure the problem is not elsewhere, you may just make yourself a lot of work.
