Dear customer,
That is a new motor that was send to you, if you do not know what to do with it,please take it to. Shop they will know, if you do not feel like doing that , please send it back along with your motor, to take your motor to the manufacture for inspection for them to check what cause the problem

Try a written complaint with the Attorney Generals office of the state the dealer is located in. My wife does this all the time and it really rattles some cages. It could rattle the right cage so that you get the proper parts.

Yes, that is NOT A NEW MOTOR, looks like it already has been gotten into with the BLUE Gasket stuff coming out from the seams. That motor has already been taken apart before you got it.

Ok this is the latest message from evo.
Im sorry, I am not sure what NEW means to any of you but NEW to me means NOT USED. And if that is only 400 miles worth of use HOLY CRAP it was beat to crap. Yes he did tell me it would be missing parts. (THE SATATOR/Magneto) That is all he told me would be missing. Still very irritated.

here is the label as for your remarks the engine send to you is a new engine with only 400 miles, i never promised you a new transmission, i even told you that parts where missing from it.

If that is what he told you that it had 400 miles on it and parts where missing and you still went through the transaction, I believe you are out of luck. What probably happened is that engine was returned with problems and they replaced parts to now sell as a working engine.

No Ally, He flat out told me it was a new MOTOR that they had pulled the magneto. That was the only part he told me that was taken out. BUT He flat out said it was NEW. Now his email he sends me says that it was NEW it had 400 miles on it. Im sorry NEW is not 400 miles on it. Plus the motor will not even work on my scooter. I was never told that basicly I whould have to completly take apart my motor to get this POS to even resemble a working motor. Plus the fact the Crank shaft in this crap they sent is damaged from them taking the flywheel off. I will be reporting to BBB this is crap. And is definitly Not what I agreeded to. Not a a single bit of this part of the trasnaction was agreed apon.

That is my point exactly. New and Missing the Magneto I could live with. But No one can tell me that this motor is NEW and only has 400 miles on it. My motor looks to be in better shape than the POS they sent me.

Apparently the deal was too good to last. Jhbietz checked and said they have no more of these engines. I did give you credit for the great find, but the listing had already ended. I thought maybe they would relist, but I guess someone scoffed it up. Keep up the good work, Dr. JR.

I am sorry I misunderstood, if that is the case then they did lie to you and screwed you over. If you have a lawyer I would sue there butt, or so it doesn't cost you so much get your evidence together, emails sales slip etc and talk to a lawyer and have them write a letter. That usually will get their attention knowing you are not backing off and have a lawyer on their tail which will cost them more to defend than the motor is worth.
