What is the proper way to change the CVT belt on a Gy6 150? Thanks, Tom
PS... don't worry, I won't blame anybody if I wreck my scooter HA HA! And I do own an impact wrench

This guy made it look a little easier than it really is but you can do it without taking everything apart. Rich

I do recommend removing the variator, it makes putting the belt on so much easier and more often than not, the rollers need to be replaced when the belt is worn...

Make certain you torque the variator bolt to spec... around 40 Nm to 60 Nm when you put it back on...
