I have been considering a cruise control for my Roketa 250 54B and have looked at Sound Off model MCUVOO-P for $31.09 or MCVICOP for $18.36. In looking at a post re: VOG260 from Widehide, it looks like he has the MCVICOP. Both are from Amazon. What have some of you used? Attachments:

Hey guys, you do need the model specified as Universal. I love mine, have it installed on both scooters. The wife never uses hers, 16 yrs younger than I so maybe she is stronger. I do use mine to take the pressure off of me having to keep the throttle twisted. you can rest your hand on it and easily flip it off or twist it off. It is adjustable for how strong it holds. I have used this model for about 30 years on various MC's. Depending on your throttle type you might need to modify it to attach to the throttle cable. I had to trim away some of the grip rubber in order for it to operate smoothly.

What have some of you used? I made my own - I know it's a bit unconventional but I only use it on long stretches. Just a little bit of bungee cord and a wire tie.

I use one of these on my Honda, it works great. No issues so far.
You can still twist your throttle when it is locked so don't worry about it getting "stuck." It just adds enough tension that the throttle doesn't return by itself.

The amount of tension is adjustable, for my Vog and 54B I had to use the universal model, As I said you will need to trim some of the twist grip away where it meets the controls housing. I only use it occasionally to rest my grip.
