Madcollie...You got it man! This is kind of my take on what it would look like it a Whizzer met a cute little chinese scooter and they had a child. My wife's opinion......" Congratulations, you made a $1000.00 scooter look like. $200.00 mini bike". Got the front fender mounted. This is how it looks. Looks very nice. Gotta luv your woman, she's the brains of the operation.( just go with that)! I'm looking at a major type modify on the tranny so all input is great! more pix if you can. M/C "you made a $1000.00 scooter look like. $200.00 mini bike." I guess she'll hate mine when it it all said and done and revealed!?! That's OK, I won't hold it against her personal taste and all. Got the mounting tabs removed today. I think it cleaned up the scooter. I hope tomorrow to get the foot pegs mounted. Attachments:

Finished the mock up! Now for the hard part. I have to dismantle, clean up the welds, paint and polish, put it back together, and run the wiring. Most of the wiring will be hidden in the frame tubes. Attachments:

Pick 4. Not sure I like the speedometer but will see how the owner likes it tomorrow. I don't really want to change it at this point. Attachments:

I'm going to polish the aluminum, leave the chrome alone, and paint everything else gloss black.

This is the exhaust I'm the owner of this scooter brought me. Its a nice chrome exhaust but WAY to long for this custom. I could have done better with the original pipe and a brigs muffler. Oh well, guess I'll have to figure out how to shorten a muffler without messing it up. Attachments:

run a U shaped pipe off the motor directly to the side, put a flex joint, and then mount the muffler to the side of the frame. would look really good and you wouldnt have to change the muffler length

I like your idea but the owner really wants the chrome exhaust. Got this much done. Drilled out the rivets on the front of the muffler and removed the part that mounts to the pipe. Next I will cut the muffler down and then rivet the front back on. Attachments:
