I got a flat while riding because the Valve went. I replaced the Valve, but the Tire will NOT take air when trying to fill it.. The tire will not pop onto the rim.. if that makes sense. Could the rim be bent from when I was riding as it went flat?? Any suggestions on how to get this tired to seat on the rim to fill it up??

sometime you have to take some caulk and seal around the rim and give it a heavy blast of air. if that dont work i know a nother trick but you use starter fluid. try the caulk when you get air in it peal the caulk off.......buford

Try wetting the tire and rim with dish soap and water solution. Makes it slide into place. But you need a big air compressor like at a gas station or you will never get it to seat properly

Here is what I have used to fill my tires when the bead doesn't seat properly: www.harborfreight.com/1-inch-x-15-ft-ratcheting-tie-down-47708.htmlI wrap the strap around the circumference of the tire and tighten it up real snug. I do it while the wheel is still on the scoot and it makes it a lot easier to fill with lower powered air compressors.

PITB, but seems to get it done.

Don't forget to take the valve out of the stem so you get better air pressure, then put it back after the tire is seated.

You need a large CFM air compressor... one of those putt putt ones isn't going to cut it...try a gas station...
