Can someone please point me in the right direction on removing my valves on my scoots cylinder head. What spring compressor do I need to get. I need to get the head cleaned up in the valves area better . Bill C.

You should use a valve spring compressor.. makes the job much easier...

Ok which one ? will a std valve spring compressor work on the dual spring set up on our heads ? BillC.

Yes it will, once the head is off, the valves are not connected to each other so a single spring tool works just fine.

Mastercraft makes a cheap one, but you have to make a spacer because the clamp is too large by about 1 inch...
Any single compressor will work...I have use a drill press too...
