I apologize, The seat opened today an battery and everything is connected under seat nearer the motor. Time to Prep ALL Afternoon.

That's cool, sarge. They don't usually come with the battery connected. Make sure you charge the battery before starting the scoot and check the electrolyte levels if it's a wet cell type.

Well after 2 minutes of cranking over a few days I pulled off the fuel hose after the white plastic inline filter and there was zero gas in it soo maybe I need to check from the tank to the filter. I think I will put a sucktion bulb thingy on the hose before the filter and see if I can draw any fuel first?

This scoot probably uses a vacuum fuel petcock which uses a vacuum line from the intake manifold to control the flow of gas. The petcock is located at the outlet of the gas tank. You should get gas flowing by sucking on the vacuum hose and watching the fuel line which feeds to the filter. If this doesn't work, check to see if there's an obstruction in the gas tank. I got my scooter, Put it together and changed the oils, they didn't look bad, all took 3 hrs. Then it would not start, no fuel to the filter, took bike a part found fuel pump in stalled backwards, reinstalled and it started right up, Had a small test drive seems ok to me.
