How would I find a Dealer/Service Center that knows the Linhai Vog260 here in Central Michigan?
I would rather not spend hujndreds just to have someone learn how to change a headlight bulb

Google "linhai vog 260 michigan" without quotes. wn.com/VOG-30That was one that came up and located in Taylor Michigan. Try other searches and see what all might come up. . |

Are you really looking for a mechanic just to change the light bulb? If you are, and you can handle a screwdriver, private message me and I'll walk you through it. Really not hard, just a bunch of steps.

I saw an ad a while back on craig's list (Detroit) for a place that worked on Chinese scooters. I think it was near Grand Rapids.
