First you need to find the spark plug. It should be near the carb where it attaches to the manifold. It will have a wire and rubber or metal covered boot on top of the plug. If you follow that spark plug wire, you should find the CDI. Also, find the wires for the auto enricher(choke) and see where they go and what color they are to see if they should be attached to the empty plug. The auto may be on and flooding the bike due to the extra gas.

I made a video. The guy I'm seeing says I sound like a stoner in it. I was a cheerleader for 4 yrs and blonde for 3 so yes I sound a bit valley girlish but I don't smoke herb. LOL!! Mthomas I will go try to find the spark plug again. Ya the green wire from the enricher goes to that white thing that is right now plugged into nothing. I'm not sure what " the auto may be on " means but I did smell some gas when I tried to start the bike this morning. I decided to not try to start it more than once and walked to the auto parts store for some tools

I looked again I still can't find where the spark plug is... unless.. it could be this thing.. This thing is a cap held on by 2 screws and screwed down to a big black thing that the carb is held down to. I guess I assumed that the spark plug cover was something that you pop off? Not something you have to unscrew to get to? Or could that be the case? I didn't see any wires coming out of this though. It would be much more fun to keep going out side and looking if it wasn't 95 degrees out w blazing sun. LOL. I feel like a complete dip that I can't find a spark plug for God sakes Ok, I'm going to go look more though

The Spark Plug is on the otherside on the SIDE of the Motor towards the front. Here is mine See the ORANGE WIRE that is the Coil and it plugs ono the Spark Plug. The Boot Cap just pops onto the Plug, so all you do is Grab the Boot Cap NOT THE WIRE and pull it off the Plug. Alleyoop

Alleyoop, thanks, that worked. I found the spark plug, it was like kinda in the same area but on the side and IN, damn I hope I can get my socket wrench in there. LOL. Kind of strange place for it, for some reason I thought this thing would be like on top / easily accessible. It lead to what I think MAY be the CDI box, it was next to my battery, under where I put my feet on the scooter. This looks like the diagram of the CDI w the 2 plugs next to the 4 but they are round. For some reason I was thinking they would be square. Its attached to a little rectangular box and of the plugs only one is missing. The ground on the left. Is this it? I think it may be. If so someone told me to remove the plugs and squeeze them so it will fight tighter, see if any are loose, etc.. I see a lil thing on the side u can press to release but there is also this tiny slider thing on the top that is looks like u have to stick a tiny pointy object into to get it to release as well. I don't know if I can tell if they are lose w/ out unplugging then plugging them back in. They SEEM fine. Sorry for being such an airhead about this guys. LOL.

Yup that is the CDI... it is an AC type... not DC That hose you circled in red could be your whole problem... it should be attached to something.. I think it may be a vacuum line.. can you see where the other end attaches...

Yay. I found 2 things. LOL. It seems like its not that long of a hose, maybe 8" or so and it SEEMS to attach under the carb.

Hmm, I'm looking at Alleyoops pic and there is a gold clamp and 2 bolts w a lil hose thing between them but no hose thing between my gold clamp and 3 bolts. Maybe I should try to look further there?

Wow nice diagram sprocket, thanks Oh I do have a hose going to the front of those two bolts and gold clip its just in the front of it and not between like in Alleyoops pic. Should I unplug and plug back in or somehow tighten the wires in the CDI box? is it okay that one is missing from the bottom left?

If it is attached under the carb.. can you feel it? It might be the float bowl drain in which case it should be pointing down to the ground an just hanging there...
It is another hose that is open to the air... but I didn't consider it in the last drawing...

So you are saying the hose on the left should have a clip on it like the hose on the right next to it has ( in the last picture I posted) Can you just buy those at an auto parts store? Its so tight where I'm trying to feel for where the hose leads to but it FEELS like it leads into the bottom of the carb. I'm going to go feel it up again

Sure.. I use 5" nylon zip ties on those vacuum hoses...you can get them at the dollar store etc...
Sure put the CDI plug back in.. the green wire is correct... there is one missing but that is fine.. it looks OK...
That spare drain hose should simply point to the ground...no big deal if it doesn't
