I have 150cc gy6 scooter, I am in process of adjusting intake valve. I had to take off part valve was on and now having a difficult time getting the chain back on it. The chain is very tight and it is hard to get it back on, would like help, thank you.

You need to loosen/backoff the cam chain tensioner...
Also be very certain you have the engine at top dead center and the cam chain is on the lower crank sprocket. It is easy to get it off on one side

why did you have to take the cam off ? it sounds like you weren't at tdc.

Yes. Make sure you are at TDC (top dead center). The cam should have the big hole strait up (90• from the head) and the 2 smaller hole should be parallel with each other and the head.
