If you can get a header with the right bolt spacing you can buy exhaust gasket material from permatex and cut you own gasket. If the bolt patterns on the side mounting plate don't match up make an adapter plate from aluminum stock from Lowes or Tractor Supply. You've got some weird knock off scooter that none of the standard parts seem to fit....what a bummer. Rich

Also, I'm noticing dieing issues & not wanting to start again, but only if I don't drive aggressively. Any ideas about that

Valve gaps? Tired petcock or fuel pump?

No petcock, gravity I believe, but ask bashan. No fuel pump. Still have exhaust leak, need new muffler. It won't seal, I think the muffler is clogged up.

I'm going to try some things you've all suggested. I'm replacing, spark plug, fuel filter, gas line & I guess vacuum lines houses. I'm still looking for a new muffler. The last photo I posted might still work. It's angled but it appears to the right angle to allow the proper alignment of the rear fender/splash guard. Wish me luck. Oh bashan, could the valve gap of .006 make this happen, it still keeps dieing, but only if I drive it with the style to save more gas. If I drive aggressively no problems.

If it is gravity feed you should have a petcock either in line or mounted at the tank exit

Your TOP INTAKE VALVE SHOULD BE .004" and your BOTTOM EXHAUST VALVE .005" or .006". If you have a bad AIR LEAK it will probably die when slowing down or your PILOT JET and or PASSAGE are CLOGGED or you do not have the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE correctly set or it is Idleing to low. Alleyoop

I'm still leaking exhaust too, can't get correct muffler. So, when someone on here told me to set to .004 for both. But you are saying .004 for intake, &.006 for exhaust.

Either one should work Seanstr, MOST will do Intake .004 and Exhaust .005 but Exhaust at .006 is ok AS LONG as it does not make a CLATTERING SOUND. If you hear that then it is TO LOOSE, a TICKY TICKY sound is good. Alleyoop
