well had a rough day still new to the scooter thing i wiped out yesterday and lucky i am fine a little scratchs and bruises arent bad but i broke my windshield was wandering if i could get another on to fight were would i start its a250 Jon way scooter YY250t-2 MC -13-250

Where did you buy the scoot? If a dealer or importer they may have a parts department. Otherwise you might go to the Rocketa site and find your scoot then link to the parts section that shows you the part number. Once you have the part number you could then search for a distributor with a parts department. I am sure someone here would have a parts distributer for your needs.

If this is your machine then click down to see the parts diagrams and find the covering parts assembly and click on that view to enlarge it. The windshield would be number three. Below that would be the parts list and possible price. Unfortunately they have the part number in Chinese rather than numbers.
