Well it sure sounds like it is not getting any gas. Shut some gas with the syringe down the intake like you did before BUT only about 1/4 of the syringe. Alley

Result : I'm turning the throttle as I try to start it. Its hard to turn it just 1/4 of the way because the whole throttle doesnt turn THAT much but I've tried 1/4 turn on it, full turn on it, nothing. I turn the throttle the whole 2 seconds Im holding the start button down each time. All the way clockwise on the idle speed screw would be all the way open? Or not exactly? It seemed almost all the way clockwise the first few times I tried to start the scooter today and it wouldnt start. Have adjusted it since then. Should I turn it another turn?

YEP IT IS NOT GETTING ANY GAS, If you do that again open up the throttle don't let go of the throttle try to keep it going with the throttle. And another thing Take the CAP OFF THE GAS TANK, it may have to much pressure and that will not let gas flow. Alley

If you open the carb drain screw the way you have it set up you could conceiveably drain the fuel tank with the petcock valve on. You should crack it open to see if it's getting fuel to the bowl.

I tried it and same thing. I was holding the throttle 1/4 way and all the way when I held the button down. For the hell of it I pumped the throttle and on the 2nd pump as my hand was in the forward position it started for a minute then I pulled my hand back quick to open it and hold it open to keep it running but again by the time my hand reached where it needed to be it shut off again.

The drain hose is BELOW Where the Gas goes into the CARB it is at the BOTTOM on the side of the CARB you will see a HOSE coming off a the bottom side of the carb. Now I don't know if the DRAIN IS AT THE END of the hose or the CARB has a DRAIN SCREW right next to it. EITHER way Turn the Screw Counter Clockwise to DRAIN the Gas. That will tell us if the BOWL had gas in it. alley

Thanks. I see a drain hose coming off the bottom, looks like a regular hose with the end open / normal looking. I can't see far enough in to look for the screw. Im guessing Ill have to loosen the carb to be able to turn it to find and turn this? Im not going to have to mess with the damn throttle cable again am I ? LOL. I hate that thing!
