BUMMER!! Well lets wait until your battery is charged up and see if the scoot starts and if the back wheel is spinning. If it is then you will have to take the Clutch off and see what the hell is the problem. The hold thing is just held on by that one nut But it may be a PITA to get it off whatout a IMPACT WRENCH. A small jump box is about $30 at Wal Mart. I think they have your battery for about $35.

LoL. Radford I've been out of work for 2 yrs due to a car accident injury and just starting to get back so money is tighter than a virgin right now ( only the essentials ) Made a great video and its uploading now It started, I was kinda shocked, but it gave me the same crap about 1/8th of a block from my place w the bogging and not accelerating w out threatening to shut off then it did Back wheel was not spinning when I started it but spun when I gave it gas (obviously ) Holy slow upload, it says 31 min remaining on the upload. Uggg. Get out the popcorn I think the video is about 7 min long. I had to put the camera in the scooter pocket for a minute to push the scoot out onto the road. It was in the driveway infront of 2 trucks so I needed some room. Sorry for the delay there.

Great, by the way you can get a Car Oil Filter Wrench the biggest one they have that will fit over the variator and or the Clutch bell to the Variator Face plate and or Clutch Bell to get the nut off. They also have them in a STRAP kind made like out of the belt material which also works INSTEAD OF AN IMPACT WRENCH..LOL Alleyoop

Damn I can't just unscrew the nut w a socket wrench? LOL! Oh in the video you will see a rubber band tieing back a hose from near the cvt cover to the licence plate. Don't mind that, it was just to hold the hose out of my way when I was looking under where the cvt cover was, the hose usually goes around it all and has lil things that hold it back. 29 min remaining on the vid. My apt comes w/ fast internet connection too so must be youtube's fault .

When you attempt to kick start, rotate the engine until your'e on the compression stroke, (feel an increase in resistance) then start the attempt to kick it over from there. I have also found it helpful to raise the angle of the lever from horizontal to about 15 degrees above horizontal. I have a feeling you need to master this technique.

Good tip, you get more leverage plus more of a turn on the crank. Alleyoop

LoL. Raford, luckily I got it started w/ out the kick start. My last scooter I kick started it daily for about 3 months before I broke the kick start because the starter button wasn't working and I wasn't into fixing scooters then. So I have it pretty well mastered Thanks for the tips though I just realized that you can barely hear what Im saying after I start the scooter over the noise from it, oh well, I'm pretty much just rambeling and the video SHOWS what it needs to anyway. LOL. It says 22 more min on the upload.

My father told me when I was about 10 years old, "Boy, DON'T FIX IT IF IT AIN'T BROKE!" after I took the lawnmower apart for no reason.

I grew up in a family of contractors, I didn't want to play with toys I just took everything apart. My fave " toy " was a phillips screw driver and I'd run around the house unscrewing everything when I was about 4. I would giggle with delight when my grandpa would set something down on a table and I got to watch it fall apart Snapping blue chalk lines was fun too 6:17pm Eastern Time - 5 min left on the video upload LOL
