The problem persists
Alright I ordered and received and installed a NCY racing clutch and new belt. Its still slipping very badly. At my wits end, I did not order a new bell cuz this one only has 903 miles on it (bought the scooter new). What do you think the problem is?

The NCY clutch NEEDs a NCY bell as far as I know...
What is slipping the clutch or the belt? perhaps the belt is the wrong length? If the belt broke then the variator weights could be sideways and you need to take the variator apart and straighten them. They could also fall out of place if you changed the belt wrong... you need to be certain the variator pulley plates do not move together when you change a belt.
How the variator works

As your enginge speed increases the variator pushes the belt farther out on it's pulley making a higher ratio, like a ten speed bike without the gears. Look in the Video section of the Library, there's lot's of CVT stuff. Also, we have a section in the Library just on CVT, there's a lot of material on the variatir. Rich

Ok, how do you know if anything is slipping? What happens and when. Alleyoop

Alright I think it is the Variator, when I changed the bet nothing moved. I did not have to push the plate back or anything of the such. I saw another video were a guy put a piece of cardboard in place of the belt in the variator and then replaced the belt, on mine it did not happen. Alright so in terms of Variators, what kind do I get?

Why don't you take your variator off and inspect it before you start ordering parts? It would help a lot if you post pictures what you're working on so we can see if a part needs replaced or maybe just some maintenance. Here's a video of a guy that took his variator off with a 12v impact wrench. You can also see the inside parts after he gets it off. Rich

Kaveman I agree use a socket wrench and a torque wrench to reinstall the variator nut...NOT an impact wrench.. they drive the kickstart gear up the tapered shaft so far you will never get it off...

Still haven't answer the question:
WHAT MAKES ypu believe it it SLIPPING? It could just be your weights are FLAT or guides broke in the Variator etc...
WHAT HAPPENS when you say it is slipping? Very important to explain in detail how and what it does to pinpoint what would cause what is happening.
IF YOU DO NOT EXPLAIN we are all just guessing what it could be. Alleyoop

When I say slipping I mean it will act as if a car that is low on tranny fluid acts. I can give the scooter gas and the engine revs and them it will increase in speed, but up until then its dead in the water just reving.
I took of the Variator for inspection and one of the weights fell out when I took it off, the other stayed in place. Reinstalled it and now the slipping problem is gone BUT a new issue has began. In the area of the Variator I hear a pecking or rattling sound as if the weight is not "seating" correctly in the slot. I am going to assume it is the one that was loose. Also when I do try and ride it, it bogs down until the RPM'S come up. Do I have the nut to tight on the variator?

Gti, Great, good job getting at the weights and fixing the slipping.
Now the bogging it could just be that in your area the TEMPERATURE has changed enough to effect the Fuel Ratio due to the air changes.
If the Temperature Went down then the motor needs a little more fuel. IF so turn the Fuel Ratio Mixture Screw COUNTER CLOCKWISE 1/4 turn and see if that helps.
If the Temperature Went Up then the motor needs a little less fuel. IF so turn the Fuel Ratio Mixture Screw CLOCKWISE 1/4 turn and see if that helps. Alleyoop

What did you torque the variator nut too..? It should be 30-40 ft/lbs
