I would suggest to put on the sprocket and chain and line it up and then do your Welding. Cause if your off on the alignment of the front sprocket and rear sprocket you will have major troubles chain coming off, wearing the chain, breaking the chain wearing the sproket teeth etc.. Alleyoop

It wont fit in the frame with the plasitc :/

Well what really needs air is the HEAD which leaving the plastics on that part woud be ok, so maybe you can rig up a tube to blow air from the fan into that part and leave the rest off would that work. I am assuming the problem are the plastics by the crankcase. Alleyoop And yes a Oil cooler would help as well to keep the OIL cool
