FANTASTIC!! Take some pictures of both sides so people can see the 150 sitting in there and pictures of how you slapped on the Sprocket and what you used by the Drive Sprocket since the motor and shaft back there was really for a 2 wheel scoot. Alleyoop

Alley back to the "can't check the tranny fill"...yes you can, but you have to have a full tranny first. Take a zip tie and use it to check normal fill then mark it with a permanent marker and you can then use it as a tranny dip stick. vr, Lee

Lee, sounds good but the only problem is at least on the 50s and 150s is there are 2 chambers one right behind the Clutch where the gears are and one where the fill plug is.
There is a hole between the two chambers and the oil goes in and out between them with the splashing. Also on the 50s and 150s the fill plug is on the Sprocket side on the side not on top of the case. I guess on the 300s the fill plug is on top and your method would work good. Alleyoop

Trevnar, I am looking at your Drive Sprocket, Looks small that is maybe why the sucker does not get good top end. Count the Teeth on BOTH SPROCKETS and tell me how many teeth each of the Sprockets have. Alleyoop

Well with those it should do around 50mph, mine came with 24 front and 30 rear so I ordered a front sprocket with 29 teeth to turn the Rear Sprocket more per revolution of the front sprocket. ;D I ordered the 29 front sprocket from Ice Bear. I think now all the 150s already come with the 29 tooth front sprocket for a little more top end. Alleyoop
