if they are cheap like mine, then you will have to weigh them. the stock ones usually arent marked or if they had a marking chances are they are worn off.

i would do a little research..first......lots of videos out there that explain rollers what they can and can't do to improve the performance of your ride....just where on the throttle you are looking for more power...etc......check out dr. pulley.....

Here is a link to another forum/thread that really explains alot about variator weights. scootdawg.proboards.com/index.cgi....ay&thread=38910 Well, I tried it twice and for some reason you cannot link from this forum to the other forum. It is written by "lefty" and is one of the best write-ups for understanding the variator, weights, and their performance.

dr.pully is out of my price range. was just looking to get a new kevlar belt and a few heavier rollers. belt just because its been almost 3K miles on the stock one, dont feel like getting stuck on side of the road lol. rollers because i just want a more comfortable top end, dont want to take off fast, dont care about getting up to speed slow. just want to cruise at about 50-55 at 7000-7500 rpms.

Try and look at that thread if you can. It was really informative. IMO

Here is a Video on how to change your weights, your variator may have a cover on the back of it. If it does it usually means there is grease in there and the cover is to keep the grease from squirting out all over the place and cause slipping. Alleyoop
