So it was last week I kinda vented in here my frustration .
I then found a great deal on a 250cc vespa GTS ie . I have to say what a day and night difference , going from 150cc carb to 250cc fuel injected . Besides rattling and clunking on bumps .
Well I have a few questions about the model stated above anyone in here have one so I can do some brain picking ?

Nice scoot.. if you can keep an exhaust on them.. the header pipes fail at the exhaust clamp and this then melts the rear brake line...There was a recall on them in 2007 and a deflector clamp and new type of gasket is used. The gasket MUST be replaced every time the header pipe/clamp is removed...like changing the rear wheel etc. These are a few other issues and this website will fill you in on the details... full shop manuals etc. modernvespa.com/forum/wiki-gts-250

Probably needs an air/fuel mixture adjustment.. but rough idle is usually electrical...or timing.. valves etc...

Sprocket it fuel injected it auto adjusts , I checked on modern vespa the tach showing 3 bars is normal . Spark plug ?
So lurking around the vespa forums the 150cc vespa's I think they use a cvt carb with a acel pump .

Does it have an Ox sensor? If so , check the wiring.
