Your post is confusing without background information. What was a bad deal, what did you keep? I don't see red or black. Help me in confused...

that the point lol i ordered a red or black scooter and i got the sliver one, but it took dang near a month to get if from fort worth im only 2.5 hours away from there. i just decide to keep it and never order from them again

Well, did you get the papers for it so it can be tagged? Depending on price you still might have done ok. Remember the PDI. I think what some of the drop shippers do is take your money and pay some of their other bills first, then order your machine later when some one else buys a machine. Would you mind sharing more details of deal like who you bought from and how much? That might save some else a headache. john

Oh well that explains allot. That's pretty screwed up they do people like that. If you ordered one a specific color they should at least send you what you spent your hard earned money on. I'm glad you got your scooter though.

Most distributors don't have up to date information readily available as to what they have at the warehouse. A drop shipper has no idea what the distrib has until they call, and the distrib doesn't know until they actually take a physical inventory. They don't invest in a decent computer system to track everything because it costs money.

I generally just get an excel spreadsheet with basic info on it from my suppliers. "MDXXXX available colors red, gree, blue, silver" and no more info.

So for the drop shippers to keep their sites updated with actual in-stock information they would have to call and bug the salesmen every day to know what they have in stock.

I'm not defending them, I'm just giving a reason why drop-shippers are always so vague when it comes to what's available.

jct842 i sent of the mco for the papers so we shall see if they can get that part right. its a 2007 jcl 250cc. i wanted a red /black one as i already have a silver colored 150cc peace scooter i got for GES and never have had a problem with it in 3 years owing it, but the whole time i wanted a different color, i guess silver is my color though after all lol,

well the crappy story continues i guess my darn mco coming from china too i swear last time i bought a scooter from green earth scooters took just 5 days till done deal , ill never but from killermotor sports again

Even 5 days is 5 days too long. All the papers should be with the scooter or be mailed when they receive payment and arrive before the scooter comes off the truck. Even with a 5 day deal you have a lawn ornament for those 5 days. If that ever happens to me again I will be on the phone with my credit card company, in fact as soon as I open the scooter to look and still have no papers. Same with a wrong color. If they don't know what they are selling they should not be selling them. john

All they have is telephones and computers and just take orders then they call the distributor to have them send the scoot. They usually have to pay up front before the distributor will ship out the scoot. And that is why seller does not have the MCO, the distributor has it but if their fileing of paperwork for the scoots they have is crap they then have to get the paperwork from the manufactuer AGAIN.
That is what Ice Bear people told me, But here is another thing ICE BEAR has Blank MCOs and they type them up right in Ca. I know cause it happened to me I got the Trikes the scum bags went out of business two weeks after I recieved the trikes NO SALES SLIP and NO MCO.
I used the EMAIL of my Payments as the Sales Slip and ICE BEAR typed up the MCOs for the two trikes I got. I was on the phone with them telling them the VIN numbers on the trikes.

Ill get the oils changed out tonight, im at a loss though the manual said to use 10w30 oil for the gears. i added a better picture of my (red) scooter lol i think that what ill call it my little red scooter lol

well 15 miles in it will not start checked the plug it got spark pulled the side panel off the scooter and was looking at fuel filter had very little gas in it , what do you guys think,? i did go ahead and order a new fuel pump and filter just in case i needed them i wondering if the tank is stopped up , if it is is there a video out there showing how to take it out to clean it

valves. a quick compression check will tell if the valves are the problem. john
