at full throttle... the only thing I found that was odd was when I lifted my seat, the yellow wire from the choke had come loose... I spliced it back together and still the same results

Can you take a picture around the carb, also the splice on the Enricher did you also tape it up if bear wire touchs metal it will ground out and cut out. You can take the Enricher off and see if it is working. If you take it off WHEN it is hot the Plunger and needle should be extended out about 1/4 inch. If you take it off When the motor is cold it should be RETRACTED into the hole of the rubber holder a little. Alleyoop

so how do I get the enricher out??? because if it involves unscrewing those 2 screws at the top... I just tried it... and one of them is stripped... as the case seems to be with a lot of screws on this scooter ugh.

it would give me great pleasure to take a sledgehammer to this piece of crap at the moment haha... for 3 weeks or so it has been one thing after another... I hit this pothole on the way back from the store that had my bulb for my headlamp

If you can take ONE of the screws holding the C clamp down that holds the enricher down that would do it. Then SWING the CLAMP out of the Enrichers grove all the way around and you should be able to take the enricher out. Alleyoop

you should check the needle in the diaphram of the carb to see if its jammed up. my scoot had your symptoms for a few days. i checked mine and it was jammed so i got it loose and noticed that it had damaged the needle from it being stuck and me trying to run it that way. my needle broke 2 days later. i have since then got a new needle from a minuki carb off of a mystery scoot and she runs great. long story short i think you should check it.

yeah I moved the c clamp down on the needle on the diaphragm in the vac chamber... it is actually going substantially faster... but the low end is hesitating a bit. I will rock this until I get my new carb... it is coming in the mail.

If the low end is hesitating, try leaning the A/F screw a bit, then readjust the idle level.
