znen-lance 150cc. I can't get it to start from the switch. i can cross the solenoid, and it starts right up. what i've tried: replaced solenoid replaced brake light switch replaced right hand switch cluster(run-off, and push to start button) Ive checked inline fuse Ive made sure scooter was on center stand when trying to start.
the headlight, turns, horn, brake light, all work
turn key on, hold brake, turn switch to run, and push yellow start button...nothing..no clicking..nada
but cross the solenoid and it starts right up

Have you checked the Wire going to the SOLENOID from your Start Button. Alleyoop

I agree sounds like a bad start button or loose wire

checked it. I've also checked about every connection on this thing. also,If I can start it by crossing solenoid, then that rules out weak battery doesn't it? I thouggt maybe key switch was bad, but I get light and horn when I turn key on.

Try going through the solenoid/starter diagnostics. Here's the ignition switch testing but that shouldn't cause this. If you turn on your switch and have brake lights then you'll have power to the start button. You'll see what I mean on the diagram in the tutorial. Rich

I just got the answer. The battery on my SYM is located under the floor board. In case anyone else has a similar problem.
