proper prep work is the key fish eye is caused by wax or grease etc. you need to clean the parts good with a paint prep that removes all the contaminates

Did you sand the old paint at all? 600 grit is good for that. Just sand until it's not shiny. Then clean everything real good. Fusion is a good choice for painting plastic.

yea sand it. My friend painted his scooter and sanded it down not sure what grit but did it with water and sandpaper. took him a while to do it but after everything he used primer from walmart and then painted. looked great

Another thing that works well for prep work is yellow scotch pads, then wet sand with 600 to 800 grit, primer then paint with Fusion or a good paint that is made for plastics. Fish eyes happen when the surface is not prepped good or clean.
Another thing that helps over spray or paint in the air is to wet the floor before you paint and paint using saw horses. The air dried paint hits the water and stays there. Works really well if you are using a paint gun instead of "rattle" can paint.
