Well, here it is a week and the dirty bastages still haven't sent my part as promised. By this point I don't really care about what excuses they might have, They have lied 4 times in a row and they have stolen my money,Yes I said stolen, by law when you take someones money with no intention of giving them what they paid for, well, that's stealing right there. Sunny put out a very shoddy product with the Roadrunner, at least they could make it right by trying to at least offer upgraded parts. This by far is the worse automotive buying experience that I've ever had.

Hate to hear that daddue. I've had the run around with the whole cast of characters over at sunny /scooterdepot too. My dealer will not get parts for me so I go directly through sunny. The only time they act interested in helping is when you are BUYING parts. Hopefully you will get the correct bushings soon. I have not checked my engine support yet. I've been dealing with tire issues and my starters clutch. I should be back in the saddle again this weekend.

It's absolutely crazy that they don't even seem to know their own product to be able to send you the proper new parts. Pretty scary actually. Why can't they send you the entire new motor mount instead of just bushings/bearings? You would think that the updated parts listing would be the new part(? maybe/hopefully?) or they could at least reference it to get the new part in the current production(unless they're gonna drop the MC_D300TKB).

You can tell they just use the same general components in model to model and put a new body on it or a different front or rear end. But there is power in the people so I guess if enough of us shed light on their shortcoming which hurt their bottom line enough we may just get them to improve their quality yet!

Well, I've got to start the fight all over with them today. I've been nice,I've been buisiness like,I've been very patiant. I just don't think that it's very prudent to post a direct link or phone number or a person's propper name on the internet. I'll just keep going higher up if that's possible and try to get some results. As many BAD posts about Sunny Scoooters as I've seen on the net lately, I'm sure that people can make up their own minds. I'm just trying to get my own high dollar Item fixed and it's a real shame that any person has to go through so much trouble just after 800 miles of riding such a expensive peice of machinary. No More, No less.

OK, You guys have me scared to death right now, with this bushing issue. So far my shudder seems to be at 25 to 30 mph, and only starts if I maintain that speed for a given time. If I pass right thru that band during acceleration and don't go back I'm fine. Gonna have to break out my video camera snake, and try to snap some photos of my bushings someday soon. Here's my trike & experiments: www.flickr.com/photos/mbarkley/sets/72157632501957931/

Here's my trike & experiments: www.flickr.com/photos/mbarkley/sets/72157632501957931/This Is how mine started. My rear tire was wearing out of round and eventually caused my front to get out of alignment. I thought I had bushing issues but it was actually just the front wheels being out of alignment. I have to keep mine with just a slight "tow-out" to keep the trike roadworthy. My trike's front tires were out of round from the beginning, and took a lot of weight to even get to balance. I replaced them with some better tires, and they balanced out much better. Now I don't have any bounce in the front end, and the add-on steering dampers help a lot with flutter, especially at highway speeds. I bought steering dampers that really are to long for optimum mounting position for maximum dampening, but at least it's better than not having them. The aftermarket air shocks make it easier to keep upright while driving down the roadway, especially with cross wind gusts. I have enough weight (unfortunately) on me to still easily lean the trike into turns when needed. I will have to ask a friend to video the rear wheel of the trike someday while driving it, to see if there is anything odd going on down there. I don't feel anything unusual in the back wheel, at least. But I am looking forward to checking out those rubber bushings in the near future.
