Good looking tire and good reviews, just as long as you are not on the highway at high speeds because it is only rated for 75mph. Alleyoop

You can buy any tire you want but if it were me I would stick to brand name tires like michlen metzler, avon, continental, pirelli, I just feel a lot safer on 2 wheels with a tire I can trust. I believe the pirellis have the best wet adhesion of any so that what all my scooters have on them. I feel if I go down I may never be able to ride again so I get what I feel is the best tire for me. Note a dunlop is probably the only bad name brand and rock hard tire I would run from.

This is pic of the tire on the front (not my tire) its a Kenda tire, it does have over 13,000 miles on it and now it has stepping on it, so I wanted to get something different so my ride is smooter.

This is on the back (not my tire) the kenda seems to be a good tire, never had a problem with them. But the tire above is a tire I don't want to have again. Thanks jct842, I'll check those out also.

Shinko is what I am running. Far better than original, wearing better than the Avon I used next. I'm happy with them.

Shinko bought the bike tire side of Yokahoma. From what I hear they haven't lost a step in terms of longevity or performance. I'll have to replace my rear tire soon but will probably go with Bridgestone. Reviewers claim mileages of 7,000+ from the rear tire with them.
BTW just about any black rubber donut will do for a front tire on a scooter. All the weight is in the rear. I'd have to guess the weigh bias at about 70% rear-30% front based on wear and the appearance of the scooter structure. My 150 is about to wear out another rear at 7,300 and the front tire still looks new.
