Cool, did you find a spot for the fuel pump on the left side or did you leave it on the right side. Alleyoop

Here is pic where I put fuel filter, I left pump on right side, I did re-position it and ran new line to the shortest distance of carb Also I notice that my overfull reservoir of empty, should I fill that up? I did start taking radiator cap off, but it seemed some was coming out of it so I re-tighten it.

I think the tank has a mark where to fill it up to just like a car. The way it works is when it is working it suckes in from the reservoir and then after it gets hot the crap gets hot just like boiling water and expands out and it dumps it back into the reservoir. Alleyoop

Yes, that should be fine the 50/50 stuff from walmart. The hose from the tank to the pump as long as it is going downhill so the gas gets to the pump easy then the pump will handle it fine getting it to the Filter and then to the carb. Alleyoop

The only way I can get it lower is lay it on the black plastic under cover, could that work if you zip tie it? Question on the anti-freeze, I think my is pink, can you mix colors if its green?

Sure zip tie the fuel hose going downhill to the pump is better. And yes you can mix the antifreeze, they are dyes that the manufactuers add to their antifreeze to tell them apart from other manufactuers. The important thing is the formula of additives for corrision and boiling point which a lot of them do not tell you on the container. Some are OAT ORGANIC stuff and those do not mix well with none Organic stuff. But on a scoot they will come with very cheap stuff in them and are not OAT which is more expensive. Alleyoop

What about laying the fuel pump on the bottom cover and zip tie the pump, would that work better?

No, I would leave the pump bolted to the frame you want it as sturdy as possible and not moveing around or bounceing around. The plastic flexies with the wind. ARE YOU saying that the hose from the tank to the PUMP is NOT GOING DOWNHILL if it is leave it that way. All you want is for the hose from the tank NOT TO BE GOING UP at any point going to the pump. Ok, got it. I'll look at the hose going to the tank to the pump, if I can zip tie to help it, I will. according to the pic I posted, it going down some what, what was stupid was the end coing out of gas tank goes up, I thought if I tried to bend that down I might break it.
