Cool, just windy and cold with the wind chill here in CHI. I do not ride in cold weather I just go in the garage and start my trike once a week warm it up and wait for warmer weather.
My trike is always ready to rock and roll, all I do is change out the oil that was in all winter before I ride in the warmer weather.
