alley do you remember sending me that personal email explaneing the weights-rollers-sliders well today i thought would be a good day to see what behind that big piece of alum. since i rode all day yesterday and it would not take off from a red lite. it was like the old woman driving my stick shift truck she rides the clutch a mile before she lets it all the way out..i had to take off easy it was trying to slip. get it rolling it was ok. let off it held back till i got 15mph then it started to free wheel.i took the variator off found 2 rollers out of place.so i guess i found my problem.i weighed the rollers they were 14 grams and you said it took 20x12.before i order 15 wt. im going to put it back togather and see how it runs. my ? is grease to use. iv got moly-white litu-and chain lub.which one to use?--now the clutch on the back is not seten good only in the front and middle .was going to take a bastard file and file the hump in the middle of the shoes down or try it what do you think.you may have a better way of doing it bo

I would clean it out and use a little of the white lithium on the rollers. When I check the clutch I just rough up the glazed areas. I use a piece of sandpaper but a file will also do the job. Alleyoop

I was always told not to grease those roller weights on the linhia/yamaha clone scooters, I was told just put some grease on the center boss and tiny amount on the side plate guides. I know some cfmoto scoot do grease thier roller. (just wondering)
