What should I expect after? Like preformance wise, gas millage, anything.
My friend told me not to go past 72cc because it would mess other things up???
I didn't listen I went 100cc "50mm"

TROUBLE! Based on the number of threads I have seen here. Sounds harsh, I know.

5-10mph more on the top end IF IT IS SETUP RIGHT and your CVT is setup RIGHT. As for mileage it will use more gas not less. Bigger Motor more fuel it needs. Alleyoop

install the kit correctly and keep up with the maintenance and ride it with a small amount of restraint and all will be good

Not because I had to, but because I wanted to. There is a difference between fixing and modifying. I have not had a blown motor yet. I spend a whole lot more time riding than I do "fixing". If you spent more time fixing than riding, maybe you weren't fixing it right. Roy

That is a fact Roy, mine the ONLY TIME It has been down was when I had the BBK put in. Other that that now over 4 years you can go into my garage turn the key on and it fires right up and ride. I have just about every mod you can think of on mine and Actually I find it kind of boring to just put in gas, change the oil and grease the differential(HAHA). Alleyoop

I agree my modded scoot runs like a champ got another scoot just to mod it since i couldn't mod my first one any more its maxed almost done with the second one, 2000 miles on the heavily modded 50cc with 52mm kit bigger than the op's 50mm kit no issues runs perfect starts right up every time

When you install a BBK there area ton of variables to account for on top of having to know what you are doing. I still have yet to my BBK idea and i won't be too surprised if i blow it but, i'm definitely talking to some higher powers and taking measurements.

I believe a scoot with a 39mm piston 49.5cc is dangerous you take a risk getting run over or ran off the road, my town is full of scoots so i bought one because it looked like fun. But once i got it cagers would tail me and honk and other stupid crap, so i began to mod and loved it. So now i do it as a job and for fun, my scoots aren't my main transport so i can take risks if it was my only transport i may have went with a smaller kit. Its not the size of the kit that kills the crank bearings and other stuff its the compression. A 80cc 47mm kit with stock head creates about the same amount of compression as the 100cc kit 50mm with the 50mm combustion chamber i've tested this, so either one will have around the same fail rate. So if you really want to be "safe" go with a 47mm kit with a matching 47mm combustion head.
