I gave you the measurements in my post right above and the LINK to the belt. You can find that size belt just about anywhere. 856-23-30 Alleyoop

Well you see it bouncing so it is already a bad belt STRETCHED or the wrong size. No guarantees bud, you still haven't checked the compression which I believe is low and the motor is not making enough power to pull a heavy load, since it will rev high on the centerstand but not with a load. I would say your compression is lower than 150 probably around 130 or so. Listening to the motor it does not sound like it has a lot of power when you twist the throttle. Alleyoop

Couple of weeks!! It takes 5 minutes to check compression. If your going to own a scooter just go and get a compression gauge they are not expensive at all. Just get one that will fit your motor, Take a spare spark plug with you and check the threads on the compression guage hose that screws in just like your plug. Alleyoop

Ok, that belt is TO LONG, an 856 belt is 33 3/4 long, which by the way I have told you and I do not think ANYONE on here told you to get a different size other than and 856-23-30 belt.
The belt you are showing us IS TO LONG 3/4 of an INCH TO LONG. Alleyoop

Correct.. do u think it stretched that far? Is that even possible? Would too long of a belt cause it to perform like it is?

I do not think it stretched that long, I think the previous owner put on that belt or got the wrong belt. Alleyoop

Did you buy it NEW or used??? If NEW then the factory slapped on whatever belt they had handy, they do that when they run out of the right parts. Alleyoop

I can agree to that... I bought it used with 600 miles on it... But still yet... The problem i am having occurred after I had it for about a month and rode for about 500-600 miles... then it happened....
