i went from idle to 8500 rpms... once itgets over the 6000 mark it sails freely to 8500 but it sometimes doesnt wanna get over the hump... if you want me to load a video of me applying the break and it bogging down i can. thanks

Question are you applying the break to the rear wheel? If so it will load down the MOTOR that is normal. It is if your riding it and it open the throttle and it won't go. It may be just fine it is that your causing the bogging by applying the breaks that will Stop the CLUTCH pulley and hold the belt back on the Variator which the CRANK is TRYING TO TURN.
You have to get on it and ride it and see if it pulls your weight and get up in speed. Alleyoop

i took it for a ride.. and it just doesnt have much power... like hills i barely make it up... and wont get above 30-40 mph on flat ground... it use to do 70 no problem... now its very slow getting it to 30... and will not exceed

I am not appluing break in video.. but the rear break does the same thing as setting it on the ground... it performs excellent on the stand.. flat open road performs horrible! I mean very very little power... won't get over 3500 rpms

Those hesistations where you pumping the throttle or was it doing it on its own?
Sounds good and strong I think it may be hanging up in your CVT, have you checked the weights? Maybe take the CVT cover off and take a VIDEO of it while you twist the throttle to see how the Variator and belt are working. Alleyoop

Yes the CVT cover behind it is the DRIVE BELT and the VARIATOR has weights to move it in and out: Here is how it works: Alleyoop
And here is what your VARIATOR and WEIGHTS are and look like and how to change them:

Sure lets see how the belt is moving up and down. It could be just the weights are FLAT and sticking and will cause low rpms when a load is put on the VARIATOR. Alleyoop
