Yea I see it hung up a little and noitced right at that time the belt slapped so it is not moveing up in a smooth continueous way it should. I would take the Variator out and check the weights for flat spots if the weights have flat spots get new ones. If the weights are good and the VARIATOR moves in and out on the BOSS smoothly then the only other thing it could be hanging up is the CLUTCH PULLEY. That you would have to take apart and grease the slots and pin where it slides in and out on.
But First check the weights. Alleyoop

.08mm is .003 inchs and .12mm is .004 inchs and .16 is .006 inchs and .20 is .007 inchs.
So what I told you should of been peachy keen .004 intake and .005 exhaust some go .006 on the exhaust. but either way it should have been fine.
So it is CVT time. Alleyoop

So u think now after watching short vid of belt... it is either the clutch or varriator? I will take them apart tomm and clean them up.. Ido live on gravel and there is a bunch of dust buildup inside casing.. if this doesn't work I have got to take it to the shop...

Ohh one more thing... I have had a rattle that sounds like its coming from rear wheel or exhaust pipe... when I push the exhaust pipe towards the wheel it stops... it seems to slighty push the wheel when i push muffler..I have checked all bolts and cannot find the problem... are these connected? Or is just another rattle to keep hunting for?

Sure it is not the heat shield on the muffler that is rattling, something is loose so find out what is loose. Get a screw driver and touch different areas with the metal end and the handle will amplify the sound and you then can pinpoint where it is coming from. Alleyoop

Its not the heat shield.. I still can find where its coming from.. and also I don't have an impact wrench to take off varriator or clutch... bummer

If the bell is turning colors BLUE is it slipping and causing a lot of heat. The pads are either gone or glazed really bad. If they are glazed and there is still a good amount of pad material just sandpaper the glaze off and WHOLA. I just did that to my clutch by the way it would shudder a little taking off. The Clutch has close to 5000 miles it is a NCY Performance Clutch. Get a Electric Impact Wrench at HARBOR FRIEGHT and google for Harbor Fright coupons that will also save you some bucks.
